Organizing vendor coordination, Design concept, venue selection, catering, florists, tracking your budget, creating your timeline, Invitations, and more. You dream it, we will plan it and produce it so on your wedding day all you have to say is ”’i do”
SPECIAL EVENT PLANNER:
In addition to weddings, we offer help to organize and execute the perfect special event that you envision. From Bridal Showers, Baby Showers, Holiday Parties, Corporate Parties, or Birthdays. Our Team wil be sure to make sure Your vision and theme is next level perfection. Event Coordinating Services
DAY OF COORDINATOR:
This package is for the couple or event host who are hands on and DIY or desire to have full engagement with the vendors but may not have the resources to put all the peices together for their big day. This package may be called ‘day of’, but is commonly known as ‘month of.’ Hiring a day of coordinator allows us to give that extra hand for that last month before the wedding or event with plenty of time to help execute the perfect production for the day of your wedding. Hiring a day of coordinator means that you and your guests do not have to worry about a thing, the day runs flawlessly and the champagne flows smoothly. From aligning set up and design details to the aisle lineup and helping uncle Bob through his speech, We will produce the evening out in fine detail so that you can sit back and enjoy the celebration. Design Packages
Our Design Package is an add on Package and possibly our most sought after, comprehensive package that we offer. With this package, we ensure our clients needs are met by customizing your package to your theme, color scheme and overall vision. We will plan a site visit, and design meetings to discuss your Overall Design and decor inspiration before taking it to the mood board. We then will provide you with a custom proposal which outlines design options for your wedding. Our Design packages can be customizable and we will do everything from fully designing to sourcing out all items and complete set up and take down with every touch on point.
