Meet Jill
My name is Jill, I am CEO and Owner of Your Dream Theme Events. I started this venture of event planning, event design and decorating a long time ago but only have been able to offer my talents to my friends and family until now.
I grew up in Victoria B.C and have lived in the Westshore Communities most of my life. I spent my late teens and early 20’s traveling, working in the Cayman islands and planning and coordinating events for fun. I have always had an eye for design and it excites me to see my themes come together.
I am a mom of two tiny beauties, a wife of talented man who puts up and helps with every project we dream up. In addition to my personal life I am a DIY Queen who continuously uses my talent and love for hosting and decorating to create memorable and magical events.
I am extremely passionate about curating design or production of each wedding or event to be creative and unique to your needs. I am a huge believer of more is more and all about making each detail into a dreamy mood that you and your guests will remember.
Meet Crystal
Crystal is a Lead Planner and designer here at Your Dream Theme. She is our bubbly breathe of fresh air who has been with us since the beginning and is definitely one of the hearts of this team. Crystal brings many assets of talent and creativity to each and every event she designs. If you have had Crystal Plan your wedding you know she will take on any challange with a smile and her passion and creativity beam outwards. This outdoorsy, cafe loving dog mom has a whirlwind of hobbies including, baking, photography, DIY crafting and her own soy candle creations. Crystal says one of the most rewarding parts is Watching something that you’ve designed come to life! “There are so many behind the scenes items that are put into an event and it is so satisfying seeing a design become a reality!”
Crystal‘s experience, attention to detail and entire heart shows through every design or planned event she curates. Just ask her clients! We are looking forward to many more events designed by Crystal and most importantly we are ecstatic to have Crystal as a valuable member to our dream team.

What is your Favorite food & guilty pleasure? - Wood fired pizza! Especially from local restaurants. Guilty pleasure is going out to a cafe for a good latte and baked good on the weekend - nothing better.
Name Something fun about you - I’m a dog mom to a mini red straight haired goldendoodle, Benny an extended member of the dream team.
What are some of your favourite hobbies? - Being creative: baking, crafting, and all things DIY! I especially love the holidays when I have an excuse to decorate.
Meet Taira
Taira is a rock star member of our Dream team and is one of our Lead designers who have been with us since the beginning of this Dream. Her calm and kind demeanor adds a sense of peace to our teams atmosphere and her infectious laugh is always a light that reminds everyone surrounding the fun this niche has to offer.
This creative, energetic, inventory queen has been helping plan and run events from a young age. Taira brings laughter to our day always, She is always ready to conquer any situation with a smile and with multiple solutions. Taira’s attention to detail and talent to perfect any last minute touches to a design always leave a wow factor for each event she’s apart of. Although Taira loves so many aspects of the Design world, some of her favorite other hobbies are ; graphic design, water colour painting and DIY crafting. Taira is not only our Lead designer but she is also a huge help with our inventory and organization and is currently working on our client look book of our inventory. We love you Taira!

Meet Amanda
Amanda is our teams newest planner and designer and is also recently taking on the role of Admin assistant. Although she may be newer to our team, Her whole hearted, driven work ethic and extremely personable traits are something our entire team cherish most about her. Amanda is a go getter, she puts in the work and she goes above and beyond for every client and thrives on building the client relationships. Growing up her mom was a florist and owned her own home decor store so Amanda had always had a love for this niche and while Creative design and est is are important Amanda feels the passion most in watching a client walk into a room or space and seeing everything put together, she says “When doing events, your clients are putting a ton of faith in your hands to execute a flawless day and so building those relationships with clients is key. “ we couldn’t agree more Amanda!
A bit more about Amanda:
“I was a career driven individual turned mama and my life took a drastic turn for the better. I live the best mom life and take my kiddos out daily for fun activities. I am a lover of all sports. I played fastball my entire life at a competitive level and continued on to play college ball. The NFL takes over our household for several months of every year. I absolutely love decor and love to decorate the house for every season/occasion. I am also the biggest empath and connect with people well. I feel all people's feelings, cry at everything and kindness makes my heart happy. “
What do you love most about our team?
“I love that each and every one of us is so unique and brings something so different to the table. Our visions, our qualities, our passions and our styles are all so different and it creates such an abundance of creativity.”

“I went to school for Forensic Science, and before having kids always wanted to get into homicide work. “
Meet Brea
Brea is one of our Lead Planners and Designers.
Brea’s favourite event to be a part of is weddings because she really just loves love. Her passion for the couple themselves really sets her aside. She will feel what they feel, cry during vows and and she helps however she can to ensure the right ambiance is set for the events mood.
We love Brea as a teammate, her decade of experience in the service industry, background in cosmotology and extreme interest in all design really has created a talent. This hardworking and work driven brunette bombshell really knows how to gets it done.

Meet Bree
Bree is one of our teams event assistants who loves to design the fun and unique events. Bree is a crafty DIY expertise and is always coming up with fun new ideas for our clients designs and our team. Bree recently planned her own wedding from start to finish and was self taught the process first hand. Bree enjoys Home decorating, DIY crafting and planning. Her favourite part of this job is Seeing how excited and happy people are when they see their event come to life!

Meet Cheyenne
Cheyenne is a hardworking, detailed orientated and energetic event assistant with our team who works full time in education. Her bubbly attitude and immense creativity is one our favourite traits about her. Cheyenne has said passion for seeing the clients reactions and knowing that Shes helped bring their vision to life is one of her favourite parts of this job.
