Owner, CEO & Lead Planner, Designer, and Coordinator — Creative visionary, lover of love, and the heart behind Your Dream Theme
What began as events for friends and family became a beloved business built on intentional design and joyful hospitality. Jill’s other backgrounds in HR, management, hospitality, travel, and motherhood gives her a rare blend of people-savvy and design intuition.

Little-known: I once self published a cookbook and sold 100+ copies to friends/family as a winter “bored hobby.”

Meet Amanda
Planner, Designer & Admin Assistant — Driven, kind, and straight to the point
Heart meets hustle. Amanda is the get-it-done pro who couples adore kind. She’s organized, and all in. Raised by a florist/home-décor shop owner, design just runs in her DNA, and she lives for that “it’s all come together” reveal.

About you: Career-driven turned mama; sports lover (competitive fastball + college ball); NFL runs our house. I decorate for every season, cry at everything, and kindness is my love language.
What you love about the team: We’re all unique. our visions, qualities, passions, styles resulting in a ton of creativity.

Lead Planner & Coordinator — Magnetic energy, master of chaos, and pure creative fire
Sam’s quick wit, calm leadership, and instant-connection energy make timelines hum and details shine. She thrives in the fast pace, adapts on the fly, and turns surprises into magic.

Lead Coordinator — Fun, fearless, and full of flair
Spicy and sweet and an outdoorsy junkie. Ilia is never afraid of hard work or some intentional feedback in order to perfect the assignment. Ilia’s precision with timelines and her attention to detail in design keeps the day on track while she keeps everyone laughing.

Bree is our DIY queen with an eye for stylish, unique setups. She brings sparkle, laughter, and endless creativity, turning design dreams into real-life magic. After planning her own wedding start-to-finish, she now channels that experience into designs that feel personal and joyful.

Lead Designer & Event Assistant — Stylish, hardworking, and naturally creative
As a full-time interior designer, Megan brings professional precision and a warm, easygoing vibe. She notices (and perfects) the little things, straight lines, balanced vignettes, and that final touch that takes a space from pretty to “wow.”

Inventory Manager & Lead Designer — Creative, organized, and endlessly uplifting
A day-one Dream Teamer and our Stationery Queen, Taira keeps our inventory gorgeous and on track with quarterly check-ins (even from off-island!). She brings fresh energy, quick solutions, and lots of laughter. As a bonus, she runs Wee Creations for custom stationery and art.
